Description
For simulation enthusiasts who want to get started and create their own Airbus A32X pedestal
It has practically the dimensions of the real one, and is compatible with the MCDU, Thrust, ECAM and others from WINWING and other hardware manufacturers like SIM GAUGES
For assembly, M3x10 countersunk screws are needed (do not use longer screws as there is a risk of damaging the profiles) M4 screws are needed to anchor hardware components to the profile
A small manual with the dimensions and the parts that need to be printed is attached
******* UPDATE v1.1 *******
- Unified print profiles with several plates each, organized by part type
- Inclusion of a new type of clamp plate that makes the joints of the longer profiles more resistant (it is not necessary to reprint everything, only the new clamp plates named “Clamp Plates 20x30x40” and “Clamp Plates 20x20x40”)
- Renaming of parts in the attached documentation (without affecting previous prints)
******* UPDATE v1.2 *******
- An error in the height of the rear legs has been corrected, which should be 4mm lower For those who have already printed them, it is not necessary to reprint all 6 parts, they can download the file "Profile 40x20x219 - FIX" and print and replace only three of them
- An alignment error of the intermediate side legs has been fixed The 4 parts “ad_20x20_3n” must be replaced by “ad_20x20_3n - LONG” (see attached documentation)
- (Optional) a new part “ad_139x20_6n_angle” has been created to facilitate the installation and alignment of the intermediate and rear central leg
(Optional) the parts “Clamp_Plate_20x50 - RIGHT” and “Clamp_Plate_20x50 - LEFT” have been modified to facilitate the alignment of the horizontal profiles in the intermediate joint area
******* UPDATE v1.3 ******* (12/02/2026)
- Simplified some clamp plates for easier installation
- Modified some profiles to fit WinWings MCDU, speed brake, flaps and parking brake (for those who had already printed v1.2, it's only necessary to reprint those profiles called WINCTRL and MCDU)
