Description

This is the baby version of the new flexi axolotl featuring hybrid link system containing classic flexi arms and tail and the new style link body

The whole axolotl flexes including his head fins and the tails flexes and pushes together to create no gaps in the flex

Contains a choice of 2 heads, with or without smile

Simple to print with no brim or support required, simply print the body and head then push the head onto the neck finishing your flexi axolotl in seconds

Complete with stl files and optimised, painted print profile

To print using the stl files I recommend the following settings

The body can be printed with default slicer settings but I recommend gyroid infill & z-hop enabled for printers with lower bed adhesion (enabled by default in the slicer)

The head is best printed with elephant foot compensation set to 0, Arachne walls and a line thickness of 0.32 to prevent the head fins from sticking

I also recommend a layer height of 0.16 on the head for improved quality (personal choice only)

I also increased walls to max for translucent filament but can easily be changed back to 2 walls
