Discover my template specially designed for laser engravers, ideal for positioning and engraving up to 25 round 35mm keychains in a single operation!
This model was designed to save time, improve precision, and avoid alignment errors during wood engraving 🌳🔥.
You will find two versions of the plate:
✨ Simple single-color version – to be printed in a single shade, quick and efficient.
🎨 More design-oriented three-color version – white background, black outlines, and red markers for perfect centering and instant location identification.
The template contains 25 slots, all perfectly aligned for clean and professional production.
Simply download the DXF file provided and import it into your engraving software.
👉 Personally, I use an xTool S1, but the file is compatible with any software that accepts the DXF format.
Whether you're doing artisanal production, markets, custom orders, or series engraving, this template will quickly become an essential tool in your workshop ⚙️🔥
🛠️ Tips for perfect adhesion in 3D printing:
Thoroughly clean your print bed before each print. Grease residue, dust, or fingerprints can impair adhesion and cause detachments.
Check print bed calibration: a well-leveled bed ensures a uniform and well-adhered first layer.
Use an appropriate adhesion surface: depending on your material, apply a thin layer of glue stick, an adhesive spray, or a specific tape (e.g., Kapton, BuildTak).
Correctly set the print bed temperature to promote adhesion according to the material used (PLA, ABS, PETG, etc.).
Reduce the printing speed of the first layer: a slower speed allows for better filament adhesion to the print bed.
Plan for a « skirt » or a « brim » in your slicer to stabilize the first layer and limit warping.
