đľ Squeezelite-ESP32 Mini Player Enclosure Design
This 3D printable enclosure is designed for a compact, multi-functional audio player based on the Squeezelite-ESP32 firmware. The design prioritizes accessibility to controls and integration of the main components into a clean, desktop-friendly unit.
Key Design Features
Display Integration: The front panel features a precisely sized bezel and cutout for the ILI9341 LCD screen. The screen is mounted flush, allowing clear visibility of track information and volume levels.
Control Interface: A side or top cutout is reserved for the Rotary Encoder. This single component serves multiple purposes:
Volume Control: Rotation adjusts the playback volume.
Playback Control: A push-button function (integrated into most rotary encoders) is configured to Play/Pause the music, providing intuitive control without needing additional buttons.
Audio System: The main body of the enclosure is sized to house the ESP32 board and the 5W+5W amplifier board.
