Design Concept

The Aereco EHA² Air Inlet Draft Reducer is designed to minimize drafts that is sometimes cause by the inlet. On windy days it would sometimes cause a lot of wind to come through if the flap was still open due to humidity. To combat this while still allowing fresh air was to make this addon to add a extra bend for the air flow and have some filter foam inserted to restrict the wind.

Application

Ideal for use in homes and offices, this draft reducer enhances air flow management, reducing unwanted drafts while still allowing ventilation.

Printing Recommendations

Print two for each slot of the inlet. Use PETG or stronger materials for durability. A layer height of 0.2mm is recommended for fine details and a sturdy construction. The supports used are Normal (Snug) with some minimal spacing for easier removal.

Assembly Instructions

The draft reducer just slots into the open slots of the inlet. No additional mounting accessories are required. Depending on what density you want. You can get any foam filter to stuff into the adapter like on (more dense foam will most likely restrict the airflow more) amazon https://www.amazon.com/s?k=foam+filter&crid=2GZFFFE1KFAMK&sprefix=foam+filt%2Caps%2C276 not affiliated
