Original Ultimaker2 modified BMG direct drive extruder

Description
My UM2, purchased in 2015, had been idle for many years. Recently, due to increased productivity, I modified it with a BMG direct drive, hoping to print some small TPU products
Features
1. The original thumbscrews are retained, but they are almost impossible to turn by hand, requiring a pair of pliers
2. A suitable length of PTFE tubing needs to be cut for connection
2. The screws between the BMG extruder and the stepper motor lack a design for fit adjustment, so you may need to ream out the holes yourself and press-fit the gears
