Description

Design Concept

This 3D model aims to provide a quick and efficient fix for common issues faced with Jabra headsets, such as headband arm pieces. The design focuses on easy snap-fit fix to extend the life of your headset.

Purpose

The purpose of this model is to serve users who have damaged their Jabra headset part and need an affordable DIY fix without purchasing a whole new headset.

Printing Tips

Print the model using a durable filament such as ABS or PETG to withstand daily wear. Ensure high infill settings (around 25%-50%) to maintain the model’s strength for repeated use.

Assembly Instructions

Ensure clean fits and align covered areas before snapping them onto the exiting component. Consider sanding edges for a smoother finish if there is any resistance during the fitting process.
