UK Custard Creme Biscuit Prop – Ultra-Realistic

This is a 3D-printed Custard Creme biscuit prop inspired by the classic UK snack. I designed it to look as close to the real thing as possible, with crisp surface detail on the biscuit layers and a textured “filling” block in the middle.

The outer biscuit pieces were printed with a 0.4 mm nozzle (you can use 0.2 mm for sharper detail) and a 1.2 mm layer height for the carved pattern. For the centre, I used a simple cube with fuzzy edge applied and set the height to about 50% of the biscuit thickness. All three parts glue together to create a solid, ultra-realistic model.

It works well as a display prop, desk toy, photo prop, or just something fun to print. It’s a single-colour model, so you can use any PLA shade that matches the biscuit look.
