Description

A clean, minimalist flat bar designed for fingerboard tricks. The pieces lock together you don't need glue. If it is too tight you can rescale a little but for me works fine.

To optimize the fit and increase assembly clearance, I recommend using thermal expansion to your advantage: chill the rails in a freezer and preheat the base. This ensures a perfect press-fit that's secure enough to eliminate the need for adhesive.

No supports.

Wait until the print has completely cooled down, then press the rail into the base. The tolerances are very tight, so it’s designed to fit by friction and doesn’t require any glue — though you can modify it if you prefer.

@user_1634567283 As you can see in the pictures, it’s fit! :) Tolerances are enough if it is printed correctly. In the description, you'll also find a tip on how to assemble it easily and painlessly. What’s more, the components fit together even without any cooling or heating

Other Issues:had to cut off parts where the railing goes into the base because the sqeeze was too tight! Otherwise nice model!

Thank you for your comment! A good trick is to chill the male part in the freezer. It makes the pieces fit together easier, and you get a perfect fit once they warm back up.
