Rig Rack - Hard Hat Hanger
Print Profile(5)

Description
Update 7/12/26- This is an announcement update. These models are not for sale by anyone other than BenchTop3D for which it was designed for. There are people trying to sell these models as their own. I have placed these models on here for people that had the capability to print their own and didnt want to purchase it. I believe in sharing within the 3D printing community, which is why the print profiles are shared, unmerged and editable.
Please show respect, if you want to print for your self or those you know by all means you have my permission. But if you sell these models then I will have to take it down.
If you know of anyone selling the Rig Rack that is not BenchTop3D please message me.
Update 4/19/26 - I have added a newer print profile with new support settings. This print profile includes all three Rig Racks and the pegs. It is optimized for PLA Support interface. If you are using a single nozzle printer do not just print from the Bambu Handy App, you will need to change your purge volumes to 900 for all PETG/PLA filament changes. If you do not change the purge volumes the print will be compromised and it will break.
Update 3/3/26 - The Rig Rack XL with the Flag is now a print profile!
I have been made aware of issues with the print separating from the supports on the A1 Series printers, it seems like its a fan setting/speed setting issue. I am going through and editing new print profiles for the A1's.
Update 1/27/26- I have uploaded updated print profiles for all three variants of the Rig Rack with new support settings and print settings. I have had even better print quality from these newer settings.
I would also like to thank everyone for the feed back on the Rig Rack, I appreciate the support!
Update 1/2/26 I updated the Rig Rack with Flag print profile to have a more high definition flag. The previous version wasn't as clean as I prefered.
Update 12/9/25 - I was asked to make a slightly larger Rig Rack so that it can be spun sideways and hang between the front seats. So I present the Rig Rack XL it is 20mm longer and just as strong!
UPDATE- I was out of town while some questions came up, I have uploaded new pictures for how the Rig Rack works and a new print profile that doesn't have the flag.
I present to you the Rig Rack, I have seen other similar designs that had complaints about strength. I have gone through a few different versions before landing on this one. Its not indestructible but its tough.
It is designed to be able to twist on to any head rest rail, including the thicker ones on newer vehicles. I have had a rig rack in my truck holding up my vest and hard hat for weeks now. Being kicked around by my kids and tugged on when grabbing my hard hat or vest and its still perfectly straight.
Please let me know if you have any questions or thoughts on how to improve this print.
