Description

The Rumi Epoch Final Battle Sword from the movie K-POP Demon Hunters consists of a total of 16 3D-printed parts.

Three parts are printed with simple supports; the remaining parts are printed without supports.

All components are assembled using an M8 threaded rod with a length of 955 mm, secured with M8 lock nuts on both ends.
I modified some parts to allow the use of imperial nuts and an imperial threaded rod in the UNC 5/16'' size.

One of the M8 lock nuts is inserted into the Grip_4 part, and the other M8 nut is embedded in the Blade_3 part. The printing profile includes a pause to allow the insertion of this nut during printing.

Printed pins (Connecting_pin_D7 and D8) prevent the individual parts from rotating.
The construction of the sword does not require any gluing at any point.

The only parts that need to be glued are the decorative flowers on the sword’s pommel.

The 3 decorative sphere are attached to the pommel with M3x20 Allen screws or imperial 0.1120'' screws of a similar length.

Thanks to the threaded rod used, the sword is very very strong and suitable even for play or cosplay.
