Cursed Flake - Twist Hairpin

Hey there! ✨

Here is the first winter-themed hairpin of my collection, a majestic and elegant snowflake with a dark twist. Although the concept is simple, I enjoyed making this piece a lot and tried several ideas to reach this final one: a hairpin that feels cold and sharp, but organic at the same time.

These hairpins are perfect for creating various updos, like a French twist, or for just adding to a normal bun as an ornament (so they make an awesome gift for your long-haired friend :D). If you want the best result, I suggest sanding the sticks a little bit (to reduce any chance of pulling the hair), and then airbrushing the whole piece to make the details pop.

As always, printing this baby is very simple:

• No support is needed for this print.
• Reduce the layer height to 0.12 mm or lower, if your printer supports it.
• Reduce the infill percentage to 10 or 5%, and increase the number of walls to 3.
• You can also enable the "Outer Brim" generation for stronger adhesion to the bed.
