Duplicate yarn winder spool (original shaft, thin shaft)
Print Profile(3)

Description
For convenience, 3D printing allows weavers to have more winder spools.
Ordinary winders come with only one spool (core), forcing weavers to remove the wound yarn from the core every time a ball of yarn is finished. Inevitably, part of the wound yarn in the center will loosen, or during weaving, a ball of wound yarn will become tangled when only a small amount is left, especially with fine yarns, often requiring a long time to untangle and resulting in many knots.
With 3D printing, you can have countless winder cores that can be placed directly on a spool holder for immediate use. The wound cores can also lie flat on a table without toppling, making yarn storage and organization very convenient.
Currently, two spool designs have been created to fit popular best-selling yarn winders. One has an outer diameter of 3.9cm (just under 4cm, similar to the original) like the original size, while the other has an outer diameter of 2.3cm, an inner diameter of 2cm, and a wall thickness of 1.5mm. Both spool cores have the same height as the original, 9.5cm. Both spool core designs consider the diameter of current mainstream spool holder rods, which is approximately 1.5cm. After winding, the yarn can be directly placed on the spool for use. Because there is a certain height between the bottom of the yarn ball and the bottom of the spool, multiple yarn balls can be stacked on the spool holder for simultaneous pulling. No matter how the yarn is pulled, it comes out smoothly, making it suitable for multi-strand winding scenarios. (If your spool holder rod design is larger than this size, please exercise caution when printing the thin version of the spool core; dimensions are provided, print at your discretion).
