Description
A better cup holder for the driver for the BMW E60 / E61
It's a much more natural and comfortable location to keep your drink, and it also has the benefit of not obstructing the passenger AC vent like the factory cup holder does.
This cup holder does require hard mounting to the dash, so if you don't want to pop out trim pieces and drill a hole then this is not for you.
Otherwise, see images for installation guide.
It is not necessary to mirror the files for LHD vehicles, however it is advisable purely for viewing angle/aesthetic purposes.
You will need 2x M5x20 countersink bolts and nuts (Purchase here [affiliate link])
I recommend printing in ASA. I used Flashforge Burnt Titanium for mine.
Fusion 360 Project file and 3D scan of the dash have been included if you wish to make any revisions. Be sure to share!
