NovaHeadware Cyber Helmet (Multicolor Version)

This Cyber Helmet is the result of my successful crowdfunding campaign through MakerWorld and almost a year's worth of iterative design. While the big players focus on miniaturization, this design ditches the "ski goggle" aesthetic and turns the Quest 3 into a functional, cyberpunk helmet. Vents, sensors, and ports are all left unobstructed, keeping the headset working as it should. 

Like all versions of the Cyber Helmet, this model is made up of two main parts that fit over the headset when paired with a stock or elite style strap:

• a full face mask that clips over the front of the headset's main body, and 
• a helmet with internal rails for the headset's arms to slide onto.

Parts are separated into different panels with alignment pins and press inserts that fit together to form the helmet. Simply print parts in a filament/color of choice and assemble around the headset. 

IMPORTANT NOTES

Inserts & Assembly - Tolerances for the press insert holes can be tricky from one part to another on the main helmet. And while it CAN be assembled without glue, tape or welding parts together, I will have to recommend using some form of adhesive to give the helmet an extra bit of rigidity when being worn with the headset. 

Head Size Fitment: The model is designed to fit a head with a circumference up to 23.5 inches (60 cm or 7 1/2" fitted hat size)

Strap Compatibility: Designed to fit the Meta Quest 3 when paired with its stock or an elite-style straps. A version of the helmet with modular rails that support halo style straps will be published separately.
