Hi
I used a 3D scanner to design a bracket for the auxiliary headlights for the grille of a Chevy Astro (89). I used sturdy material. I finished it off with a hammered finish. The holes are suitable for M5 inserts. I used a piece of metal plate as a counterplate and drilled the appropriate holes.
It fits perfectly and holds great.
