Description

Adapter for older and hard-to-find Hilti SFB185 batteries.

The adapter is modular; in fact, the lower part, which in this case accommodates Makita 18V batteries, can be swapped out for use with other battery brands.

The two parts are joined together with plastic inserts and simple Allen screws.

For the battery connection, I used an original Makita replacement part. Here's the Amazon link: https://www.amazon.it/Morsetto-collegamento-643852-2-contatto-batteria/dp/B08GPC6838

For the connection between the battery and the body of the machine I used a thin metal sheet to which I soldered two wires to the other end of which I connected a fastom.
