Exhaust system connector based on disassembled computer CPU cooling fan (original factory carton sealing solution)

Completely open source, all SW part drawings have been uploaded and can be edited by yourself.

I used color PETG white, 240 degrees, hotbed 80 for the first layer, then 70 for subsequent layers. It prints like this

Fan used (12V) CPU cooler 1150 computer desktop case host CPU fan (the benefit is quiet operation, I disassembled it from my home computer case), a 12V power adapter will need to be purchased later.

Then assemble with M3 bolts

The ventilation pipe (100mm, 2m) bought from JD.com requires you to find a suitable position on the pipe and screw it onto the flange.

When installing the flange, cut a hole of about 110mm on the carton, connect it to the pipe body and assemble with M3 bolts. Plug in the power adapter, and the assembly is complete. The final effect is shown in the figure:
