Elf on the Shelf - I spent my whole life keeping this secret ….. like "SANTA”

Printing the Hat right side up makes the support material pretty hard to clean up, but it's the cleanest print. The model will be set at 45 degrees angle. It still prints nice just has a few support marks left over.

The beads will be on two different plates with two completely different designs. One will be a print as one completed assemble with a flat bottom for a quick and easy print. The second plate will be all lose beads and will have to assemble. The easiest way to assemble is to use a needle and thread. A little patient as well :)

learned the hard way.. do not print with the big flat side down.. the (default) supports are welded on like glue :( and... the loops to attach the bead assembly come off with the supports. Doh.

the first time that i printed this it didn’t come out as expected, printing it again to see if I can make it works. other than that the print quality was really good on the model
