3D-printable jaw set for the swivel vise Stanley 1-83-069, designed to securely hold pipes, rods, and threaded bars without damaging them.

The project includes two types of jaws:

Straight Jaws

  • Semicircular seats for pipes/rods: Ø 2 – 3 – 5 – 8 – 10 – 12 – 15 mm
  • Ideal for threaded rods, smooth rods, small pipes, and similar items.

90° Jaws

  • Allow you to clamp the rod vertically relative to the workbench
  • Supported diameters: Ø 1 – 2 – 3 – 5 – 8 mm
  • Perfect for cutting, drilling, or performing precise right-angle operations.

The jaws simply slide onto the original vise surfaces—no screws, magnets, or permanent modifications required.
They are designed to be durable yet easy to reprint in case of wear.

Print Tips

  • Recommended material: PLA — if it wears out, just reprint a new piece
  • Models: the plate includes all jaw variants and sizes; you can print only what you need or the full set
  • Orientation & Supports: parts are pre-positioned for optimal printing; supports are required to achieve the best resultIT

Il progetto include due tipi di ganasce:

  1. Ganasce dritte
    • Sedi semicircolari per tubi/aste da Ø 2 – 3 – 5 – 8 – 10 – 12 – 15 mm
    • Ideali per aste filettate, tondini lisci, piccoli tubi, ecc.
  2. Ganasce a 90°
    • Permettono di bloccare l’asta in verticale rispetto al banco
    • Diametri supportati: Ø 1 – 2 – 3 – 5 – 8 mm
    • Perfette per tagli, forature o lavorazioni precise a squadra.

Le ganasce si infilano semplicemente sulle superfici originali della morsa: non servono viti, magneti o modifiche permanenti.
Sono pensate per essere robuste ma facilmente ristampabili in caso di usura.

Consigli di stampa

  • Materiale consigliato: PLA, in caso di usura puoi semplicemente ristamparlo
  • Modelli: nel piatto sono presenti tutti i modelli e le misure, potrai selezionare quelli che ti servono o tutti, per avere un set completo
  • orientamento e Supporti: I pezzi sono posizionati per essere stampati nel modo migliore, i supporti sono necessari  per ottenere un buon risultato
