Long awaited – and now it's finally here!

The accessory plug for the Motorola MTM800e and the Motorola GM3xx series is now available and can easily be 3D printed yourself

The adapter consists of two printed plastic parts (preferably ABS) and a 2x10-pin Dupont female header, which is glued to the components after printing

The plug was developed to connect additional accessories cleanly and reliably to the radio devices

Two variants are available

Variant with cable routing:
Here, all cables can be neatly secured in the adapter with two cable ties

Compact variant:
Without cable routing, but significantly shorter and more space-saving

Both versions ensure that connected accessories remain securely and stably connected to the radio. Reverse polarity is prevented by the integrated coding!

Assembly Instructions

Before assembly, the individual pins must be correctly inserted, as subsequent changes will not be possible later
 

  1. Insert individual pins into the Dupont female header
  2. Align the bottom plate and then glue it to the Dupont female header
  3. Align the upper, coded plate and also glue it to the Dupont female header
  4. Before inserting the adapter into the device, be sure to observe the full curing time of the adhesive used!

 

 

This adapter is not suitable for the Motorola MTM800FuG or MTM5x00!
