Description
Nilfisk Advance ES 400 XLP Part 56265091 snap cover pulley cover. The part through most distributors is 25 at the lowest and usually close to 50 bucks. this model printed out of PLA-CF black works great as a replacement for my machine. The snap cover lip is a hair bit too loose, but since everything else is so snug, it doesnt affect the connection. it comes on and off fairly well when needed. Protects the brush pulley and motor from debris and fluids.
I noticed some light spaghetti on the under side of the slide in connection point. a quick pass with a razor or pocket knife worked that out easily without damaging the part
In case Nilfisk sees this, this came to me in a dream and I have no idea what this part is.
