3D Printed Gauge Block Set (0.2–3 mm, 20×20 mm)

This set consists of 3D-printed gauge blocks with uniform outer dimensions of 20 × 20 mm and individual heights ranging from 0.2 mm to 3 mm. The steps increase in 0.1 mm increments up to 1 mm, followed by 0.5 mm increments up to 3 mm.
The blocks are suitable for alignment and positioning tasks – ideal for aligning workpieces on laser machines, setting up doors, and for general assembly and adjustment work.

Each block has its respective thickness clearly marked directly on the model, making the sizes easy to identify and sort in a storage box.

For use with 1064 nm laser machines (fiber lasers), it is recommended to use white filament, as it reacts the least to this wavelength.
 

There is also a second, bigger set available up to 20 mm height that uses a different layer height.

Please keep in mind that these gauge blocks are NOT precise to hundredths of a millimeter.
Depending on filament and printer condition, FDM printers can deviate by up to a few tenths of a millimeter.
A layer height of 0.1 mm does NOT always guarantee perfect dimensional accuracy!
