Aifen-A9e Modular Soldering Station Enclosure Set

This is a custom enclosure set for the Aifen-A9e soldering station, designed to separate the main unit from the soldering iron holder for improved workspace flexibility. The soldering iron holder can be positioned freely, while all cables are fully pluggable for easy disconnection and setup. Both enclosures are robust and made for daily workshop use.

• 1 ring terminal, 4.2 mm hole diameter
• 2x JST-XH 2.5 mm connectors, including 3x female terminals
• 1x round aviation plug, male & female, 12 mm, 2-pin
• 1x round aviation plug, male & female, 16 mm
• Hot glue (small amount)
• 14x threaded inserts M3x4.5x3.5 mm
• 3x threaded inserts M4x5.5x4 mm
• 6x DIN 7991 screws M3x16 mm
• 4x DIN 7991 screws M3x10 mm
• 1x DIN 7991 screw M4x8 mm
• 1x DIN 7991 screw M4x10 mm
• Various heat shrink tubes

• Before disassembling the housing and performing any work, always disconnect the soldering station from the mains supply and ensure that no voltage is present.
