Lightweight Skadis 90° Extension Boards 6 Variants

This set includes a collection of lightweight extension boards designed to mount at a 90-degree angle to the Ikea Skadis pegboard. The panels hang using separate printed hooks that require no supports, don’t snap, and are fully included in the provided print profile.

Extension boards significantly expand the functionality of the Skadis system by creating an additional vertical surface perpendicular to the main board. Perfect for organizing tools, accessories, or anything that benefits from increased surface area within a compact workspace.

Included Variants

The print profile contains six optimized sizes:

Large panels (160 mm height):

• 4×4 — 169 × 160 mm
• 3×4 — 129 × 160 mm
• 2×4 — 89 × 160 mm
• 

Compact panels (80 mm height):

• 4×2 — 169 × 80 mm
• 3×2 — 129 × 80 mm
• 2×2 — 89 × 80 mm

All variants share the same lightweight structural pattern generated by slicer, ensuring high stiffness while keeping filament usage low. The detachable hook system makes the design fully modular and easy to adjust or reposition.

Customization

Customization is possible directly in your slicer. For Bambu Studio, check the Strength tab, under Sparse infill:

• Sparse infill density controls how dense the grid is.
• Sparse infill pattern allows you to choose the visual style (e.g., honeycomb, cross hatch, triangles).
