RAW Cone Roller Inserts (King Size & 1 1/4)

You know the problem:
You got the RAW Cone Roller (the black version), looking forward to perfectly rolled cones – and then the small inserts disappear somewhere in the apartment, in your backpack, or they accidentally end up in the trash. 😅

This model is designed for exactly that.

I initially only had the normal RAW cigarette roller with red lettering and could only roll classic cigarette shapes with it. Later, I got the RAW Cone Roller with the two conical inserts and recreated the original parts in the 3D modeler so that I (and you) can print replacements anytime.

This download contains two inserts:

• 🔹 Small Cone Insert – for King Size
• 🔹 Large Cone Insert – for 1 1/4 Size

I recreated the models based on the original inserts and tested them with comparison images (original vs. 3D print).
They fit cleanly into the RAW Roller and function like the original in everyday use.

Compatibility

The inserts are compatible with:

• ✅ RAW Cone Roller (black lettering, with conical inserts)
• ✅ RAW Cigarette Roller (red lettering, without included cone inserts)

The two rollers appear to be identical in construction – the main difference is that the conical inserts are included with the Cone Roller. With these 3D-printed inserts, you can therefore:

• replace your Cone Roller if inserts are lost
• upgrade your normal RAW cigarette roller to a Cone Roller afterwards

Print Recommendation

Material:

• PLA works perfectly fine
• PETG is also an option if you want more robust parts

Settings (Recommendation):

• Layer height: approx. 0.2 mm
• Infill: 100 % (preferably sturdier, as the part will be mechanically stressed)
• Supports: not necessary if you print the insert with the flat side down

Notes:

• After printing, deburr slightly if necessary, so the insert snaps cleanly into the roller
• Do not leave in a hot car – PLA could warp
