HJC RPHA 91 – Chin Mount for Action Cameras
This 3D-printed chin mount is designed specifically for the HJC RPHA 91 modular motorcycle helmet.
It provides a centered, stable POV for action cameras such as GoPro, DJI Action, Insta360, and other devices using the standard quick release mount.

Recommended Print Settings
- Material: PETG or ABS or ASA
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Infill: 50–100%

Installation
3M VHB adhesive pad
- Clean the helmet surface with alcohol.
- Apply a high-quality 3M VHB adhesive pad to the flat surface of the mount.
- Press firmly onto the chin area and let it cure according to adhesive instructions.
GLUE on method (used in pictures)
- Clean the helmet surface with alcohol.
- Apply the glue to the mount
- Press firmly onto the chin area and let it cure according to adhesive instructions.
Notes
- Designed specifically for the HJC RPHA 91 fitment—may not work on other HJC models.
- Test stability before riding.
- No helmet modifications required.
- Glue used by me is “Bison Combi Plastic”. It is a 2 component plastic glue designed for plastics. I have been using the helmet for over 6 months now and it is still stuck on. I personally have not too much faith in the VHB adhesive pad method. There are some negative stories about pads coming off and people losing or damaging their camera.
