Description

A simple modular organizer for all my different sandpaper sizes, now available in 50 mm, 75 mm, 125 mm, 130 mm, 150 mm and 155 mm versions.
Each compartment consists of three parts: the sandpaper holder itself, the wall-mount base, and the removable label.

Simply screw the wall mount to your desired surface and slide the sandpaper holder in place. Need to reorganize? Just lift it off and rearrange your setup in seconds. The removable labels make it incredibly easy to keep track of all your grits, from coarse demolition discs to ultra-fine finishing sheets.

All holders come in two height options:

Standard height
Extra-High version (+10 mm) for thicker stacks or higher usage volumes.

Holders of the same height are fully cross-compatible with their matching wall mounts.
For mounting options, you can choose between:

Single wall mounts for individual holders
Multi-mount rails that can hold 6 holders (for the standard height versions) or 5 holders (for the extra high versions) in a compact, efficient lineup.

The system is fully modular → mix sizes, heights, and mount types to build the perfect sandpaper station for your workflow. Designed for fast access, perfect visibility, and that sweet maker-grade organization we all crave.

As LennartiSalom already mentioned, the 155 mm mounts did not fit very well for me either. Therefore, I took a look at the 125 mm version and noticed that the mounting point for the wall brackets has a 1 mm offset. Otherwise, the design and functionality for the 125mm Version are great. Thank you very much.

Thanks a lot for taking the time to look into this and for the detailed feedback! 🙏 You’re absolutely right, there was a small issue in the parametric design that caused a 1 mm offset on the 150 mm and 155 mm versions. I’ve now updated both models so they use the exact same wall-mount interface as the 125 mm version, which should result in a much better fit. Really appreciate you pointing this out, and glad to hear the 125 mm version is working well for you!

The large 150mm ones fit very tightly into the wall mount but the smaller 125mm ones worked great

Thanks for the feedback! The mechanism is actually identical, so the fit should be the same for the 150mm or the 120mm 😊

The ones i printed was with the higher sides. De small ones fit perfect but the bigger i need to "knock" down with a small hammer. But i Like them very much thank you.

Great print, but the 150mm is a little small for Norton and 3M discs. I may try scaling everything up a bit but could you add some wiggle room in the print? Also the depth of the standard is 25mm.

Thanks for the review and the pictures! I have just updated the print profiles and 3D files to include a 155 mm (6 inch) version of the holder. This should fit all the 3M and Norton sandpaper disks perfectly. Hope you like it 😊
