Corner clip for signs (up to 3.5 mm, no drilling)

These small corner clips are used for easy attachment of thin metal or aluminum signs, such as those commonly used as decorative, informational, or retro signs.
The clips are glued to a smooth surface. The sign is then placed onto the round pins of the clips and securely held in place, entirely without drilling and without visible screws.

The design is deliberately kept simple to achieve maximum compatibility and ease of use:

• flat base plate for adhesive tape or mounting pads
• stable, short pin for fixation
• compact design so the clips are barely noticeable at the corners
• ideal for typical metal signs with approx. 0.5–1.5 mm material thickness
• suitable for signs with hole diameters of 3–3.5 mm
• for differing hole sizes, the pin diameter can be easily scaled in the slicer or adjusted in CAD

Application areas:
Bathroom, kitchen, toilet, hallway, office, hobby room, workshop – anywhere light metal or aluminum signs are to be hung.
Suitable for decorative signs, info plates, retro metal signs, hand wash signs, etc.

Printing instructions:
The clips are designed to be printed completely without Support.
For indoor areas, PLA is entirely sufficient; for damper areas (bathroom, laundry room), PETG is recommended.

Assembly:
The clips can be attached with double-sided adhesive tape, mirror tape, or mounting pads.
After positioning, the metal sign is simply pushed onto the pins until the hold is noticeable.
If the sign is thicker or thinner or has different hole sizes, the clip size or pin diameter can be adjusted.
