Model Description: Joint for AstralPool Ladder

This model is a replacement joint for an AstralPool pool ladder. The joint serves as a flexible connection point between the stainless steel uprights of the ladder and its floor mounting. The design is optimized for compatibility with original AstralPool ladders

Compatibility and Dimensions

• Suitable for inner upright diameter: 43 mm
• Outer diameter: 60 mm (suitable for the plastic receptacle/foot of the ladder, see image)
• The design is suitable for mounting on the lower curved upright of a typical stainless steel pool ladder (see photo)

Material and Color Recommendation

• The model is printed from TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane, shore 95A or firmer). This makes the joint both flexible and resistant to weather influences and chlorinated water
• It is recommended to use white TPU for printing – matching the standard color of the base/plastic bearing, so the replacement part harmonizes well visually

• The inner diameter of 43 mm ensures a firm fit on the ladder's stainless steel tube
• The outer diameter of 60 mm is matched to the usual size of the white plastic receptacle on AstralPool ladders
• The joint serves as a support and connecting element – ideal as a repair or replacement part for damaged or worn original parts
• If necessary, the model can be adjusted to include, for example, longer guide sleeves or a special surface texture

Notes

• For increased durability, TPU with enhanced UV resistance should be used
• Immediately after printing, a "dry fit test" on the ladder is recommended before the pool ladder is used (again)
• The color choice "white" ensures a harmonious and subtle overall appearance, matching the original base
