Replacement Loop Handle for 64oz TAL Water Jug

Accidentally snapped the loop handle off your 64oz TAL water jug? Same here. I designed this replacement handle after dropping mine at work and breaking the original. This printed version fits the jug perfectly and restores the carry/clip loop so you don’t have to toss the whole bottle. I used PETG for mine.

Printing Recommendations

• Material: PETG or ABS recommended for strength and heat resistance
• Infill: 30–60%

This file worked great as a replacement for my own jug, but always check fit tolerances based on your printer setup.
