Description
This cap is suitable for common heating valves with a thread size of M30x1.5.
It is ideal for temporarily sealing radiators, for protection during maintenance or when replacing thermostats.
The model shown here was printed in PLA, 0.2 mm layer height, without support. The thread starts cleanly and can be easily produced by FDM printing. The cap has a stable wall thickness and can also be made from PETG for higher temperature resistance if required.
Print Settings (Recommendation):
- Material: PLA or PETG
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Support: not required
- Print direction: Thread upwards
