Bambu Filament Channel
Print Profile(1)

Description
While following the AMS2 Pro filament-drying instructions, I didn’t love having to bend and thread the filament through the spool’s guide holes. I tried a lot of different clips to hold the loose filament end, but most of them had the same problem: they stuck out past the edge of the spool and interfered with smooth rotation. (Now, after publishing MakerWorld started giving me better suggestions, and Now I see there are similar clips… meh)
So, I designed a simple filament channel that snaps into the existing guide holes, keeps the filament in a more natural position, and lets the spool rotate freely.
Notes:
- When printing in bulk I faced adhesion issues. Please use glue.
- This design assumes you’re using official Bambu spools (or others with the same dimensions).
- Because of the print orientation, the holder pins can be fragile. That said, the snap-in is very satisfying! I recommend leaving the part on the spool.
