Description
Is your 'PLA+' filament really heat resistant? What about your PETG? Throw this model in the oven and find out at what temperature your filament actually starts to deform. This is the perfect tool for testing Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) and for annealing your prints.
How to run the test:
- Print the model (100% infill recommended).
- Place it in a cold oven (you can use parchment paper underneath).
- Set the oven to a low temperature (e.g., 50°C or 120°F).
- Increase the temperature by 5°C (or 10°F) every 15-20 minutes.
- Check the model and note the temperature at which it starts to sag or deform!"
