Hover Pram – Star Wars Inspired Stroller Accessory

This hover pram is inspired by Grogu’s floating pod from The Mandalorian — redesigned as a functional stroller accessory that connects securely to a Graco Modes Nest using custom click-connect mounts.

I designed and printed this as part of our family Halloween costume, where we recreated The Mandalorian in real life! It turned out to be not just a great prop, but a fun and practical stroller add-on.

🛠️ Design & Assembly

• Printed on a Bambu H2D with minimal supports
• All parts join using 6 mm × 25 mm steel dowels and epoxy for durability
• The hover pod design maintains the smooth, rounded aesthetic of Grogu’s pram while adapting it for stroller use
• Fully click-connect compatible with Graco Modes Nest frame

The interior space is large enough to hold a 7-8 month old baby sitting and laying down. and when printed with adequate strength, such as my provided 6 wall 15% infill, it is strong enough to hold 16 lbs. You can also carry plush toys, props, or decorations — perfect for cosplay, conventions, or themed family outings.
