Description

This custom-designed trigger replacement insert is a simple and effective solution for spray bottles where the original trigger is broken, missing, or inconvenient to use. The insert fits directly into the trigger cavity of standard household spray bottles — like the Windex bottle shown in the photos — providing a reliable mechanical action with minimal parts.

If you have a different brand or the size does not work. You can use Scale feature in Bambu studio and scale it up or down to make it perfect fit. Try in 2% increments, eg. 96%, 98%, 102%, 104%, 106%. I have also added modify at connection point with 60% infill to increase the strength (profile uploaded).

Features

  • 🔧 Direct Replacement for Broken Triggers
Replaces the original pull-trigger entirely. No need to buy a new bottle.
  • 🧩 Snap-Fit Design
The cylindrical connector slides securely into the trigger slot of common spray heads.
  • ✔️ Universal Fit
Designed to work with typical household cleaning bottles (Windex-style heads).
  • ⚙️ Smooth Operation
Provides easy finger actuation while preserving full spray function.
  • 💪 Durable 3D-Printed Construction
Strong, water-safe material designed for daily use with cleaning fluids.
  • 🧼 Easy to Clean
One-piece design with no moving parts makes it hygienic and maintenance-free.

Benefits

  • Extends the life of cleaning bottles
  • Eliminates the need to grip a large trigger
  • Quick fix for households and maintenance teams

Installation

  1. Remove the old or broken trigger.
  2. Insert the replacement piece into the trigger cavity.
