Modular Winter Landscape for LED Tealights

The model consists of several flat plates that are vertically inserted into a base guide. The plates are designed as silhouettes and together form a winter scene that can be backlit by separate LED tealights. The externally placed lights create a cozy background illumination.

Structure & Composition

• Base Plate / Plug-in Base:
  • Two flat plates with several vertical slots.
  • The slots are arranged at different depths to form various layers from front to back.
• Front Layer (Layer 1):
  • Several simple fir tree silhouettes.
  • A snowman under a barren winter tree with branching limbs.
  • A flat contour curve in the lower area suggesting snowdrifts.
• Middle Layer (Layer 2):
  • More densely arranged fir trees.
  • Silhouette of a small house with a gable roof, door and window shapes.
  • Snowdrift contours as a flowing line pattern.
• Back Layer (Layer 3):
  • Tall, more densely standing fir trees.
  • Two animals:
    • A deer with an upright head and visible antlers.
    • A roe deer in side silhouette.
  • A large circular moon in the background forms the visual conclusion.

Printing & Design Features

• All elements are **planar**, meaning they can be printed flat in one piece.
• Plug-in tabs and slots are designed so they can be connected after printing without glue.
• The silhouettes are slightly stylized and have clear outlines without delicate overhangs.
• The layer depth (distance between layers) leaves enough space to place **LED tealights** behind the second and last layers, so that the light gently shines through the contours.

Material Recommendation

• Single-color light material (e.g., white PLA Basic or PLA Matte).
• The diffuse surface ensures that LED tealights subtly illuminate the scene without making direct light spots visible.
