80mm Inline Fan Housing

This is a heavily modify variant of the highly popular magnetic fume extraction exhaust port made by @RandomKhaos. Although the only used was the design concept, I wanted to make sure to give credit because this design will be compatible with other remixes. This can be adapted to fit any standard size PC fan, but this is currently setup for 80mm x 25mm. The fan fits snuggly in the housing and then there is a lid with threaded holes using m4x.70 x10 bolts or the screw of your choosing. 

Parts used:

Bambu Labs - PLA Matte Bone White

3" x 8FT Insulated Duct

10x2mm Neodymium Magnets

AC to DC power adapter to power the fan

Printing was done with Bambu PLA Matte White using .16mm High Quality settings and auto tree supports and the original Textured PEI mat. Print total was about 125 grams of filament.

I have a window unit that was designed to go with this which only requires a 65mm window opening to allow for the use of standard window safety locks to be engaged that I will be uploading at a later time and will update this post as well.
