Description

Vertical stand with 5 degree back tilt

Raise your laptop screen to a more usable height with this vertical laptop stand. Your webcam will be aimed straight at your face instead of at your chin and up your nose!

With it's 5 degree back tilt, your laptop's weight is balanced ahead of the stand's midpoint. This greatly reduces the chances of your laptop tipping backwards as more ‘anti-tip’ support is provided in the backwards direction.

Optional

At their narrowest, the stand legs are ½ inch wide so that you can attach ½ inch wide felt pads if you wish.

New Model!

Are you looking for a vertical stand for your laptop and thin-profile monitor?

Check this out >>> https://makerworld.com/en/models/2696730-vertical-laptop-monitor-stand

As a general reminder, this is a vertical stand and should be used on a stable work surface to best protect your laptop from accidental tip over.

Already a great print! Would be even better if you remixed it to include slots to add and hold a portable monitor in front of the key board.

This might be something that I can do... would you please tell me the make/model of the monitor in question? I will look into it.

I have my Lenovo Think Pad T14s gen 1 and an Arzopa S1 Table portable monitor.

Would this work for you? It's the laptop holder portion duplicated (same depth, same 5 degree angle). This would mean the external display may rest on the laptop. I am uncertain if the display size would mean that laptop keyboard contact is an issue or not and I cannot test.

I'm still using mine without concern. As mentioned in the description, a stable work surface will best protect your laptop from accidental tip over. It will not fall forwards unless bumped or pulled forwards. I've included a live photo of me bumping mine gently, although I do not know if Makerworld supports live photos. If not, this is just a photo of my stand taken today :) Thanks for asking the question!
