•G10 series
•P10 series

•T7S

The image below shows from left to right: the original main brush, this project's printed main brush, and an aftermarket main brush purchased online
It can be seen that the aftermarket main brush purchased online is noticeably thinner and very soft, with the two types of long and short brush strips having the same thickness and softness, lacking distinct layers, and providing uniform cleaning force when contacting the ground, without varying strengths

When using this model, you will need a main brush that was previously used on your machine, like this

Use your methods to pull out the central drive shaft, don't spare it, like this

Take out our newly printed roller brush

Pay attention to the main brush's orientation, find the middle hole, hold the end with the metal shaft in your hand, use the other end to probe into the hole, and forcefully insert it

Once again, compare and observe if the main brush's strip orientation matches the image, adjust it to the correct position, it's inevitable to apply too much force and move it in and out, that's okay, we can use a rotational method to adjust it (if printed vertically, direct insertion will have some resistance)

The image above shows the assembled main brush, confirm that the main brush's orientation is correct again, congratulations, main brush freedom
