Description
NFPA 704 Hazardous Material Placard
Choose which number rating and special hazard symbol to print, then place into the frame. Most of the standard options are given. A blank special hazard tile is featured in case you want to make your own. Squares should fit snuggly into frame, although you may want to glue as well.
Left tile = blue for health hazard
Top tile = red for fire hazard
Right tile = yellow for reactivity
Bottom = white tile for special hazard
