Summary
This clip / holder / closure for hydration bladders is simple, sturdy, and fully watertight. It’s a nice project that shows how well printed parts can match the function of commercial closures. Ideal for upgrade or replacement of broken parts.
Compatibility
Designed for the hydration bladder from alpinloacker.com.
The holder should also fit well with other hydration bladders.
Please measure before printing – feedback is welcome!

Holder width: 162 mm
Inner diameter: 7 mm
- Material: PETG recommended, but PLA should work
- Layer Height: 0.2 mm
- Infill Density: 25 %
- Wall/Perimeters: 4 lines
- Top/Bottom Layers: 6 layers
- Supports: not required
- Brim: Brim recommended!
- print orientation: as given in files (for better stability / durability)
