AMS HT side mounting bracket for X/P Series

A simple design for mounting the AMS HT on one or both sides of the AMS. Requiring less than 140 grams of filament, it is simply print out and install, with no additional parts or screws needed.

The bracket comes with elasticated fin structures designed to prevent loosening and avoid compressing the AMS shell. to install, insert the bracket into the groove on the side of the AMS. I recommend inserting it into the second and second to last grooves, then simply place the AMS HT into position.

The mechanical properties of this structure, combined with its anti-slip texture at various points, allow it to be secured by the AMS's own weight on the top of X/P series machines, without the need for adhesive or screws. However, if you wish to have better mounting, you can also apply anti-slip stickers at the turn points of the bracket, such as the 20mm anti-slip tape provided by Bambu.

Additionally, hooks have been added to the base of the bracket, which you can use to hang tools or pegboards.

If you observed that the ams shifts position after long-term vibration, you may print this centre locator. It will pull the AMS from the opposite to prevent shifting.
