Print your own Luke Skywalker lightsaber.

This model prints with no need for supports or AMS and assembles without 

glue if printed with a well calibrated filament.

The saber is 285mm (11.25 inches) long

Filaments used:

Sunlu silk grey, Sunlu silk black, Sunlu silk copper, basic green and red

 

 

To assemble

 

Starting with the switch, insert the green and red arrows and black box into the side, then slide the switch through

the surround and press into the front.

Align and slide the dovetail of the switch into the middle saber body.

Screw the lower hilt parts together as shown, then clip the belt ring into the hole at the bottom.

Next slide the rings over the tube alternating silver and black “v” shaped rings 

capping it off with the black tapered ring. Use the black bolt with

threads on both ends tom hold together.

Screw the parts together as shown and enjoy your saber!
