Racing Kart - Rear Impact Protection (HAS) Securing
Print Profile(1)

Description
It quickly happens, the screw for the HAS is broken and the HAS hangs crooked on the kart and scrapes on the track.
With this, that's history. You can securely fasten the HAS protector to the frame with an M6 screw and an M6 nut. Then secure the HAS with a zip tie. Works perfectly!
The whole thing should ideally be printed from TPU. The rubber can be tightened nicely and it slides less on the frame.
Additionally, you might be able to get the securing device onto the frame without removing the HAS. Just be careful, the model could break in the process. I once managed it because I had to be quick. However, I would always advise removing the HAS and then putting it on.
ATTENTION: There might be problems with a technical inspection during a race. So it's more suitable for training or hobby drivers.
Have fun with it :)
