Hello,

here is a small roller conveyor that I modeled (very simple 100% 3D printed assembly, without any commercial ancillary parts).

It is composed of:

  • 10 rollers 60mm wide, 20mm in diameter)
  • A base 220 mm long by 60mm wide.

It is infinitely assemblable!!!

You can print it as many times as you wish to get your desired conveyor length.

Sincerely,

Punch3D

nickel for the auto swap output on the a1, for the moment I can put up to three plates, soon a fourth plate thank you it costs much less to print it than to buy it and it works very well 👍

Hello, did the assembly go well? Are the operating clearances quite "wide" at the joints? Because I've already had an adjustment issue depending on the PLA chosen

"The first print sadly failed, but that was my own fault – the print bed was probably dirty and one corner lifted up. Luckily I noticed it very quickly and stopped it. The second one turned out perfectly and I had unfortunately run out of black filament, so I printed it in blue and red instead. One small problem though: the printed part doesn’t seem to fit into the slot of the other component. It just won’t slide in, no matter what I try. (i tried with the failed one) i can't seem to be able to upload pictures, it keeps saying retry sadly.

Hi, I think your problem comes from the fact that you used two different filaments I had no problem fitting the rollers into the base I set a clearance of 0.4mm to avoid friction Relaunch the print of the assembly making sure you have enough filament 😉 Have a good evening
