Description

I bought a tray off amazon and was like wait… you have a 3d printer dumbass.

each section can hold 40-45 cards comfortably, 80-90 if you're feeling adventurous.

Good print, works well for sorting cards Thin walls so be a little more careful handling it.

There is a weird gap on layer 1 and then fills it in layer 2.

I use these things for TCG sorters and small parts on the make table. i usually use that last little bit on the reel to make a new one as needed. Love em! Something ive noticed though is the very front edge, the bottom layer prints 'above' the plate. its not flush like the rest of the model so it struggles a bit to print if youre not careful. it actually lead me to breaking some lf these right ther. in the future I might just stretch a cube up from below the plate to fill that gap.

should be able to. I've used dragon shield standard size and ultra pro penny sleeves, they fit snugly.

design was simple and efficient, I had a print error on my end but that was just due to my filament being pretty hydrated. doesn’t fit sleeved cards but it works just fine for mostly all TCG’s

I'm able to fit 'perfect fit' and penny sleeves in the slots ok but sleeve size do vary widely!

the print profile seems to be floating at an odd angle so it wasn’t sitting “flat” minor adjustments in the slicer on the computer and it worked perfect!! I will say this is a thin walled sorting tray so I would advise being gentle with the storage but it can sort and INSANE number of cards great for sorting your bulk or get cards organized for binder placement!!

yeah i noticed halfway in that one corner wasn’t flat. I figured i just let the thing finish. also true that the walls are very thing. If anyone has a model that fits cards in top loader or in a horizontal manner vs vertical, please share. thanks!

print is great. I used basic PLA and it came out a little thin and filmsy. We have used it a few times and no issues but it's just a matter of time, haha. Next one will be with PETG.
