Description

BIC Lighter Cases – Mini (J25) & Maxi (J26) with Falling Lines Design

This model includes two perfectly fitted cases for the BIC Mini (J25) and BIC Maxi (J26) lighters in one file.
Simply print the version you need — both have been modeled for an accurate, snug fit around the plastic body, stopping exactly below the metal cap.

The Falling lines pattern keeps the sleeve lightweight while maintaining good grip and structural rigidity.
Designed with correct clearances for FDM printing, ensuring smooth insertion.

🧠 Features

  • Two sizes in one file: BIC Mini J25 and BIC Maxi J26
  • Falling lines texture for strength and grip
  • Perfect fit around the plastic section only
  • Optimized for FDM printers (PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA)
  • Easy to print – no supports required

⚙️ Print Settings (recommended)

  • Layer height: 0.16 mm
  • Walls: 2-3
  • Infill: 30 %
  • No supports
  • Orientation: upright (base on the print bed)
  • Material: PETG or ABS recommended for durability, PLA should work fine, too

📐 Dimensions

  • Mini (J25): fits lighters 62 × 22 × 11 mm (body height ~50 mm)
  • Maxi (J26): fits lighters 82 × 25 × 15 mm (body height ~70 mm)

💡 Notes

For best results, print one test sleeve first and check fit — lighter tolerances may vary slightly between batches.
Models were designed with ~0.2 mm clearance per side for standard FDM tolerances.
