3D-Printed ESP32 Enclosure – Ventilated, Secure & Easy to Wire

This is a custom 3D-printed enclosure designed specifically for ESP32 DevKit-style boards.
It provides strong protection, clean cable routing, and improved airflow thanks to angled ventilation patterns on the top and sides.

  • Perfect fit for ESP32 DevKit boards
    Secure internal mounting posts keep the board firmly in place.
  • Optimized ventilation
    Multiple vent designs (chevron, diagonal, minimalist) to help with heat dissipation during Wi-Fi/BLE activity.
  • Rear cable exit
    Integrated slot for tidy routing of power/data wires without stressing the board.
  • Snap-fit secured lid
    The lid includes matching ventilation designs and aligns perfectly with the body.

  • Walls: 3+

  • Orientation: Bottom face on build plate
  • Print surface: Tested on Bambu Lab 3D Effect  Build Plate for nice finish
