Description

I saw a video about a coozie modeled like a mini Home Depot bucket, and couldn't find a model for it - so I decided to create one and share it here!

It is printed in two parts, and can be printed with or without AMS (since the logo is embossed), but it looks the best with multi-colored printing.

The handle is pressfit into the slot, and it can be inserted with least effort when the handle is parallel to the ground (same orientation that it is printed in).

No supports or post processing needed!

love it. my father in law is going to get a good laugh. I will need to reduce the scale because the can doesn’t have any resistance with the open gap around the can. this could lead to a few can related accidents.

I work at Home Depot, so of course i had to print it out and Take it to work and use it as a Pen holder at the Paint desk. Get a lot of comments and people are asking where I bought it. lol Thank you for Making this!

worst print I've done so far for such a seemingly simple print. text was stringy and had poor layers, strings all inside bucket

Damn, sorry to hear that. Over a hundred people have had success printing this model, I can help troubleshoot your issues if you'd like

I appreciate the offer. its strange, new printer and new filament, used both colors the day before and after, and on far more intricate prints perfectly. I might adjust some things and take a 3rd Crack at this again later

hello does this fit the can snug or is it a bit loose?

It's not snug to the point where you could hold the coozie upside down - the can won't rattle around too much either, though.

Printed great. need to make one a little bigger that fits the 20 oz bottles.

Glad to hear it! Do you think scaling would work for that, or a different model?

I think scaling would do it. The roundness is just a tad to small for the bottle to fit.

it amazes me how it can stay together when a drink is in it, you should make one for thinner and thicker cans

Thanks! Do you think scaling would work for the differently sized cans? My thoughts were that changing the geometry (just the diameter, I mean) might affect how the logo looks on the bucket
